• For children under 15 there will be accommodation in YMCA club – 50 Kč per night in their own sleeping-bag (about 30 min. by tram).
• Private accommodation at Brno players (confirmation necessary).

TOP TEN (the best ten players according to actual rating) – have guaranteed free accommodation in Santon hotel (2 nights, two bed room incl. breakfast).

We kindly ask you to book your accommodation prior to 27/8/2003 as the capacity of the hotels is limited and we cannot guarantee that you get what you want if you do it later.

SOCIAL EVENT ON THE BOAT

On Friday evening all participants are invited for the boat trip on a lake, including music (Jazz Band International) and a small refreshment (vine, the same sorts as in 2002). Entrance fee (refreshment incl.): 150,- Kč, children under 15: 50,-.

TRANSPORT – HOW TO GET THERE

A special bus for players from Vienna (Austria) Airport. Departure at 11:30. Price 10 EUR (deadline 20/08/2003). In case of small interest (less then 10 persons) we may cancel the bus but you shall be informed in time.
Individual transportation or any other help – contact and discuss it with the organizers (deadline 20/08/2003).
Getting there by car – highway Prague-Brno, exit Brno-West, at the trade fair to the left in direction Bystrc to the Brno Lake. By tram No.1 – from main railway station in direction Bystrc, tram stop ‚Port‘ (Přístav).

The hotel is situated in recreation area of Brno Lake. Beautiful surroundings with forests, possibility of hiking around, etc. (see the map).
